Well, it’s been a long time in planning… or at least a long time with me “getting around to it.” But here we are, I’ve finally begun maintaining my “professional blog.” Here I’ll Discuss, rant, pose questions, give props, heckle, rebut, and analyze things that I find important in the gaming industry.
A little history: I moved to Austin to begin my career in video games on the advice of Brian Green. I was a long-time Meridian 59 player, which happens to be his game, so it seemed fitting that I title my site after one of his more colorful posts.
I began my career the “traditional” way… a Quality Assurance tester. I have since accepted a position as a Production Coordinator in charge of localization. On the side I help a bit with Secondhand Lands, although my input of late has been reduced. This reduction is due to the fact that I just got married on June 30 so there were a lot of demands on my time. It’s been one month now and things are great!
This post will be fairly short, as it’s actually just a test post cleverly disguised as a “welcome to my site.” Keep checking in for more tricksy behavior.

So I had this really sweet idea for a video game and im willing to sell it for only 5% cut of total future sales!!!
